“Fitness has always been important to me. I grew up playing football and always enjoyed pushing myself. After graduating from University, I swapped the football pitch for the gym as my way to keep fit and healthy. I learned a lot initially by training with friends. Later, I learned a great deal more by training with a personal trainer for a summer which taught me the importance of having a structured plan and updating my workout plan on a monthly basis in order to keep challenging myself and to continue to develop. Over that period I managed to hit some great new personal bests and get into the best physical condition to-date. Consistency is key and having someone create and update my workout plan turned training at the gym into a form of meditation. Pumponomics has been designed to help you achieve results to be proud of and build long-lasting fitness.”

The key to building long-lasting fitness and avoiding plateaus is to regularly update your workout plan to ensure that the body is constantly challenged each time you train. As they say, "If you keep doing the same thing, you will keep seeing the same results". Each month you can request a new plan which fits your goal and schedule for the month ahead. Aligned with the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen, we focus on helping you make incremental progress month-by-month to create fitness that lasts.

Our programs are carefully designed to help you achieve your goals. Every month you will have the opportunity update your goal, schedule, and fitness level to ensure you always have the right plan at hand. Looking to bulk up for the winter, or increase your personal best, or get lean for the summer? We’ll create an awesome workout plan tailored to you.

The focus of your workouts will be higher weights and lower reps allowing you to push past your personal best, week after week.
