Our Story

Embracing fitness as a way of life

Fitness has always been important to me. I grew up playing football and always enjoyed pushing myself. After graduating from University, I swapped the football pitch for the gym as my way to keep fit and healthy. I learned a lot initially by training with friends. Later, I learned a great deal more by training with a personal trainer one summer which taught me the importance of having a structured plan and updating my workout plan on a monthly basis in order to keep challenging myself and to continue to develop. I looked back after completing 4 months of workouts plans and my results were unbelievable. Consistency is key. Pumponomics has been designed to help you achieve incredible results and long-lasting fitness.

Pumponomics is the perfect companion for anyone starting out in the gym who wants to hit the ground running, or for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level. Our exercises will continue to grow, and our training programs will continue to develop to ensure that everyone gets the workout that they need.

Education
The hardest step in the journey is getting started, and we are here to help you. With our wide range of exercises, no plan will ever be the same which means that you will learn all about the world of fitness as you work out. We have sourced great videos to help you learn what each exercise involves, and most importantly, how to do each one correctly!

Form is key.
Engagement
Regularly changing your workout plans is important to ensure that you are enjoying your workouts and challenging your body. No workout plan will be the same which means we'll keep you on your toes to help fitness become a way of life for you.

Enjoyment is vital to achieving consistency.
Evolution
By following our monthly plans, you will progress week by week until your body starts to get used to your workout at which point we help you to switch things up in order to keep pushing your body to new heights. This is effective for your body, and a vital element for your mind as regularly refreshing your workout will help you to stay focused, engaged and motivated. As they say, "If you keep doing the same thing, you will keep seeing the same results". We are here to make sure you assess your progress over time and are proud of what you have achieved.

Our programs are carefully designed to help you achieve your goals. Every month you will have the opportunity update your goal, schedule, and fitness level to ensure you always have the right plan at hand. Looking to bulk up for the winter, or increase your personal best, or get lean for the summer? We’ll create an awesome workout plan tailored to you.

Increase Strength
The focus of your workouts will be higher weights and lower reps allowing you to push past your personal best, week after week.
Build Lean Muscle
Build muscle that lasts and an athletic physique by conditioning your muscles and improving your fitness. Your plan will have a great mix of higher rep workouts and varying forms of cardio to keep you lean and physically fit. Be prepared to be pushed like you have never been pushed before.
