Pumponomics was founded with the desire to help you experience long-lasting health and fitness, both in body and mind. Balance is essential to living life to the fullest which is why we offer 1-1 life coaching alongside our fitness app.
Your 1-1 Coaching will be tailored around what’s most important to you professionally and personally, focusing on developing your mental fitness and creating the conditions to help you perform at your best day-in-day-out.
A core component of your program will involve developing the muscle of mental fitness, by applying the principles of Positive Intelligence (PQ).
